Natural corridors for Uitkyk Farm

A four year project started in 2024. Rehabilitation of corridors between vinyards.

Date: 2024 onwards Client: Uitkyk Wine Estate, Stellenbosch. Over 11Ha of land between the vineyards is being transformed into local indigenous veld. Initial phase was planning, plant and site surveys and development of a detailed rehabilitation plan outlining the process and plant species to be used. Plants are being propagated in Intaba's nursery and seeds are harvested nearby to the farm and processed and treated by Intaba. Work is done in partnership with the landowner.
